Ok I woke up and ate breakfast and still want to devour a cow, so I figured I'd come write a journal entry to take my mind off of it some and give me some motivation.

I woke up today and had to drive my parents to the airport, so I'm only on like 4 hours of sleep and can't fall back asleep, but I'll probably pass out again any second, but I figured I'd try to stay awake. Ya.. exciting right.

My goal for today is to track how much water I drink, because I really have no idea. So yeah, we will see how that goes.

ooo those are some good ideas, I think I'll do the penny one. I've been trying to count in my head but I'm sure that isn't gonna work for too much longer.
 
GJ so far swamp. You've been able to change your lifestyle for the better, and that's not an easy task for most. Glad to see you aren't starving yourself too. I'll be checking up on you, gl.
 
Another big factor was seeing myself in pictures. I picture myself to look a lot more skinny, and when I see myself in pictures I'm very suprised with how I look and very embrassed. I had gained so much wait I was just pretty much in shock.


OMG! I can't believe it. Last weekend I went out with the girls and monday saw the photos, just like you I wanted to scream "who the heck is messing with photoshop" I couldn't believe it was me!!!! I'm at 155 lbs. 5'8" my typical weigh is 135, and I feel great at 135-everythig fits just Perfectly!!!

you oost 14 pounds! Congrats! how long did it take? 2 months-it looks like it?

i only have 25-30 pounds to shed but I feel like it's never gonna happen.

Yeah... well 3 months but I fucked up for a good month and a half, so more like two months.

You can do 25-30 pounds, at least you don't have 100 pounds more like me =S. Just keep a positive attitude, I find that's the key to this whole let's eat fruit a lot and stop being lazy thing. Good luck, message me anytime you want to talk =D.

I did good on drinking water today, but didn't run or lift weights because I am SO sore from yesterday. I figured it wouldn't matter if I took a break from excercise today because I did it hte last 3 days. But 10 tall glasses of water down and I'm still gonna be up for awhile. I don't think I've drank anything else besides water for a good day or three, which is a big improvement from drinking 6-8 sodas a day. At around 1700 calories today, I was lazy and didn't do much today so that will do instead of my normal 2000.

Maybe I will go run for a little bit !
 
Like the last line of my entry, I did end up going to work out... a pretty good one too. :bigear:

I did my 20 minutes of cardio... then lifted weights focusing on lower body. I also did some sit ups, 60 of them, and I haven't done those in years. The burn they gave my abs (my huge disguisting stomach) felt so good after. It sucked so bad doing them though. After that, I did another 20 minutes of cardio.

so 40 minutes of cardio, lower body weight training, and 60 sit ups. Around 1700-1800 calories. woot. I love working out.
 
So I cheated today and looked at the scale when I woke up, 256 pounds. Woot. That feels so good after being stuck at 259-260 for almost a full week. I think I deffiantly need to take a break from working out today.. I am so incredibly sore. I've worked out everyday since sunday night, and pretty hard too. The only thing that worries me is I won't be able to work out Friday and Saturday. So if I don't tonight... that's 3 days without working out.

K so I'm done eating for the day and I stopped at 1867 calories. I barely felt hungry at all today and had to force myself to eat an extra 500 calories to get up to 1867. I feel completely rested (I didn't at all this morning) so I'm gonna work out tonight.

Tommorow I'm going to a Marilyn Manson concert and we are probably gonna go out to eat before =o. Hopefully I won't go to crazy. Of course I'm gonna be near the front so the concert will be a huge workout anyway, heh. Then on saturday... I'm drinking. So crap. Weekends always own me. I hope I can still do good... I'll try my best.

Once I workout in the next hour or so I will post what I did.
 
K so I worked out.. I did 25 minutes instead of 20 minutes of cardio to warm up. Then I did a little bit of weight training focusing on upper body, mostly arms, and did one leg left. I also tried to do sit ups again but could only do 35. Like literally I couldn't do anymore I tried my hardest, isn't that pathetic... haha. Oh well, my long term goal it to be able to do 75 sit ups at one time. I finished it all with 20 minutes. It was a lot less tiring than the past couple days, I'm not sure if it's because I didn't do as good at lifting as the other times or I'm just getting used to it.

Anyway, Marilyn Manson concert tommorow.... woot.
 
So I was just chilling here on my computer and I started craving some really hardcore food. Instead of going downstairs and cooking up myself a huge feast, I cut up a ton of lettuce and sprayed this no calorie dressing spray stuff on it and it was delicous. I'm so glad I didn't give in, that was a close one.
 
So I woke up today and weighed myself, 153 pounds. That's 3 pounds lost in one day. Ummm wtf? Is that healthy lol. I don't know how that happened, I ate around 2,000 calories yesterday and didn't do anything weird to make myself lose that much. I'll take it I guess?
 
I'm so glad I didn't give in, that was a close one.

It's a great feeling when you don't give-in eh? If you try to keep yourself busy all day, you will think about food less often.

It was awesome ! He played perfect and their old bassist is back in the band so it was just such an awesome show. I've seen him before and this blew the other time away. It was SO tiring though, I was in the front and you get pushed back and forth and people smashing agaisnt you, haha. So I have friends over here and we are just exhausted.

Anyway, I controlled myself on my eating too, I still didn't pig out or whatever... but I didn't track it on fitday and what not. So woot on that, I don't think I'll gain any weight from tonight.
 
So I'm totally sick, I have a combination of like the flu cold and something else weird. It's pretty damn terrible. I can't workout obviously, and am not tracking my shit on fitday cause I can barely get out of bed... but I haven't been eating much.
