Okay here I am again.
I have stopped working out just when I went on holiday with my hubby..
We stayed away for 10 days and when I came back became lazy to workout!
(I am talking about a period of more than one month of stopping)
I used to workout on my elliptical for one hour at the last level 5 days a week and sweat like crazy!!... after than, used to do sit ups, and workout on my waist! My hips/thighs and lower part including my abdomen felt fit and harder....
It did feel great, and now it is completely ruined
I will start working out again very soon.. I will get from the grocery store what I used to get... Vegetables (do salads) light cheese, turkey ham, crab, and other proteins...
I never used to eat bread, only hard toast... I think maybe because I am not working out I am kindda abusing!!
I will shop this weekend and concentrate on how to start again! I really need to stay fit, you can breath and sleep better as well as feel great with what you wear!
I will post in the weekend my grocery list and prepare my workout routine (again) but this time will post my achievements so that I dont lose track of it.
I know I can do it again (anyone can). But what I am worried about is to get tired again... believe me you guys, I really used to get tired when working out in the elliptical... any tips on how not to get to exhausted?
