Okay here I am again.

I have stopped working out just when I went on holiday with my hubby..
We stayed away for 10 days and when I came back became lazy to workout!:(:( (I am talking about a period of more than one month of stopping)

I used to workout on my elliptical for one hour at the last level 5 days a week and sweat like crazy!!... after than, used to do sit ups, and workout on my waist! My hips/thighs and lower part including my abdomen felt fit and harder....
It did feel great, and now it is completely ruined :(

I will start working out again very soon.. I will get from the grocery store what I used to get... Vegetables (do salads) light cheese, turkey ham, crab, and other proteins...

I never used to eat bread, only hard toast... I think maybe because I am not working out I am kindda abusing!! :(

I will shop this weekend and concentrate on how to start again! I really need to stay fit, you can breath and sleep better as well as feel great with what you wear!

I will post in the weekend my grocery list and prepare my workout routine (again) but this time will post my achievements so that I dont lose track of it.

I know I can do it again (anyone can). But what I am worried about is to get tired again... believe me you guys, I really used to get tired when working out in the elliptical... any tips on how not to get to exhausted?

Wish me good luck because I really need motivation.

Thank you all, and good luck everyone.

Suzan - welcome back! I'm impressed with what you used to do. I do a variety of things on my elliptical. I do HIIT twice a week, I do a longer, steady state session twice a week and then one that's a shorter session once per week. I find I don't get bored and I'm not dreading it. I feel tired when I do it, and yeah, sweat like crazy, but as for exhausted....that comes after I've rested a while....like now. I have been off it for about 2 hrs and I'm wiped. LOL

It CAN be done. (and yes, I'm saying this as much for my benefit as it is for yours. LOL) Just stay strong and keep your eyes on what you want. I have begun posting motivational quotes in my diary and I think rather than just post them affter reading them once, I will revisit that initial post of the day and re-read it several times. That my give me the extra push to go out and do it.

We're all in this together....GOOD LUCK!
