Hello, I'm a bit nervous =P I want to make sure I don't skip anything. Being honest to yourself and others is the first step imo. I'm a 25 year old Mommy of 1 (but have given birth twice) I've struggled with weight issues since I was about 18. The past year my body is just so tired, carrying around extra weight, and being severly depressed about it has taken away from my daily life. I was one of those women that said to herself before going to bed...I'm going to do this tomarrow...When I thought about it before bed, I always got pumped, but as soon as I woke up it was like I never said it
But I've been researching the past week, and I'm ready to start living my life as intended!
I don't have a ton of money to get any fancy diets or gym memberships, So i've narrowed it down to eating more healthy, and walking my butt off, and exercizing at home. (If anyone has any websites showing some good at home exercize's please let me know!)
So my issues are I don't have a scale yet, and like I said I can't afford a pricey scale....is a regular bathroom scale just as good? I haven't been weighed since after I had my daughter who is almost 3 now
The day I gave birth to her I weighed in at exactly 200lbs, and when I did my last checkup after having her I was 185. I'm still around that weight...and it makes me sick
Now the kicker to my life...I am a smoker. I have also spent about a week looking up ways to naturally quit...and I think with walking and excerisizing it'll help with my urges to have one or eat, or any other bad habits i could get. the day I can walk 4 miles (even one mile) without feeling like my chest is gunna burst will be one of the happiest moments in my life!
I know I'm missing a lot, but like I said I'm nervous and I will keep adding
