Its day 6 of My diet and i just found this site and I really think Its going to help.
THE PLAN:
1. No more drinking DR PEPPER! This is hard but Its day 6 and I am sticking with it. I was drinking at least 6 a day and at 150 calories a can, Im consuming 900 less calories a day.
2. Eating no fast food, this is ecspecially hard, with 4 kids running around, baseball and football practices, homework ect., finding time to cook is hard!
but Im sticking to it, Im cooking dinner and controlling MY PORTIONS!
3.Walking EVERYDAY! A friend of mine and I are going to walk every morning Mon- fri at a local park. The track is 1 mile , this should really help me.
I haven't exercised in years! It feels so good to get outside after my walk Friday I felt great!
Well thats the plan for now, I am starting out slow and will set new goals for myself as i continue. I will weigh in on friday so lets hope it starts working.
