O.k. I am sitting here, so at least that is a start. Each day I should set aside at least 10 minutes to jot down my daily activities and then what I actually ate and drank.
So here it goes. Yesterday Sat. 12th. I ate 1 english muffin for breakfast and drank about 4 or 5 cups of coffee with the Sugar( I know bad on my part), however I will not use sweet n low, splenda etc since they are made with rat poisins and chlorine and I refuse to put that in my body. Plus, Splenda gives me bad headaches. I just need to cut the sugar out. Then we had an appointment to have our eyes read etc so on the way there my hubby stopped at McD's to grab a bite since he had not eaten anything. So, at 11:15 I had a Crispy Chicken off the dollar menu and a Sweet Tea (there again is that Sugar) we left the eye appt. and went to our store to move to the other side which we only completed half of since a family member did not show up like they were supposed to and it was hard to do handle moving and watching a 1 yr old at the same time. Came home around 3pm and had 2 corn dogs and then later in the evening I had a piece of fudge. I drank 2 glasses of ice tea NO SUGAR!!!
Not to mention its that special time of the month so I am wondering if that is why I have not lost much weight this week. Plus, I have all kinds of cravings that I am trying to ignore so I am really hungry. I wish I knew what to do.
Anyway, I will sneak my 10 minutes in tonight to write about todays journey in losing my 40-45lbs so I can wear that bikini this summer.
