ugly ugly ugly day!!
diet
breakfast: slept thru it
lunch: 2 rotis + dal + chicken + some ice cream (350 calories)
evening: 1 turkey sub + cookie (500 calories)
dinner: chinese (WHYYY) (500 calories?)
dessert: ice cream (200 calories)
TOTAL: 1550 calories
exercise
none ughhhhhhhhhh
don't get mad at your food choices for the day hun!
1500 calories is actually not high. many people cut down from 2000-2500 calories a day and you shouldn't do any less than 1200-1500 to not hurt your body in the process.
exercise is tough boy do I know that. but try to start fresh tomorrow and keep it up. if you miss one day don't blame yourself just aim for a good exercise plan the next day. 3-4 times a week is still pretty nice. if you manage to do so for at least 21 days your body will demand it afterwards because it becomes a habit. the first month or so is the toughest but you are doing great.
also I know chinese is so delicious but unfortunately most meals are high in fat. what I do is I buy bags of the usual veggies in chinese food and steam them. then I add lean meat like chicken breast and some spices. it is a great way to have a taste of chinese without the grease! also try steamed rice over fried rice. with the right spices and veggies it will be even more delicious. it is all about making healthy decisions but not depriving yourself from what you love.
