Hello Everyone, i must say this forum is changing my outlook on my "weight". Its the BF % which is important to me now. I never tried many supplments because i'm a relatively big person and i didn't feel i need things like creatine. But now...........
I like to increase my muscle mass not drastically but if i lower my BF % at the sametime i'm all for it.
Currently i'm 228 - 230 pounds and probably low to mid 20's of BF. I like to be %15BF at probably 215 to 218. For you hardcore dudes what would you do? Beef up using creatine for instance to build back the strength (i've lost some since my last regular workout regime) or hit the cardio abd go onto muscle mass thereafter?
What do you guys think of creatine and glumine? (Spelling) I don't want extra calories i have lots of orginal mass i like to grow.
