supplements

im looking to buy a new supplement for gaining real massss. i tried so many things nox2 no2 amino acids creatine all types of protein shakes i got a lil bigger but i never really got the results i was looking for. im trying to put on at least 10 lbs of muscle. what do you guys think i should take?
 
I'm assuming that while you're on these supplements you're also hitting the weights pretty hard?

You want protein as a good base, and then creatine next (general progression). Then you'll want a workout routine that focuses on volume - so you really tax those muscles and put that protein to good use.

Next, you'll want a ton of calories. It may seem like you're working yourself out as hard as you can - but it's entirely possible that the limitation isn't your muscle, it's your energy intake.
