Supplement Help

Hello, I own GNC Weight Gainer and GNC Whey Protein. I workout 3 times a week. Since it is pretty expensive i was wondering when the best time to take them would be? thanks

First off, GNC is way overpriced. if you bought some Optimum Nutrition whey online, you'd pay like 50 cents a serving.
and weight gainer is a scam...its regular protein powder, and a kind of sugar...and they charge you out the ass to mix it for you.

get one kind of protein powder. if you're trying to bulk up, eat lots of oatmeal, brown rice, egg whites, steak, chicken...
you can even grind up instant oatmeal into powder, mix that into a protein shake, and make your own weight gainer for about a third the price of that GNC stuff. plus the oatmeal has fiber.

too much liquid food will give you mud butt.
