Yes, I am at it again, weightloss that is :)

I've lost 80 lbs since I gave birth almost 2 years ago but I'm still overweight about 25 lbs because it's so freaking hard to keep motivated plus I have to be cooking not so healthy foods every single day because hubby is no need of a diet and loooves to eat unhealtly (I'm cuban and our food is very high in calories and bad fats) and YES, I've tried many times to change his habits without luck, he wants everything fried, YUK...lol

Well, it is up to me to zip my mouth and search deep down inside and get that motivation out again, heck if I did it when my daughter was smaller and I was barely getting sleep and I then had the energy to wake up at 6 am to work out why not now that I can get a full night's sleep.

I started walking running again last thursday and I just realized it's been a week and the only break I took was sunday because I had no time. I'm currently doing 3.5 to 4 miles and I'm planning on doing my Billy Blanks DVDs again, I really love them! they do help tone my body pretty fast.

My mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by 11/02 which is my daughter's 2nd Bday.

Starting Weight: 174.8 (10/02/08)
Current Weight: 171.8 (10/08/08)

I will take measures tomorrow because I forgot to take them last week but I definetly feel a little difference already and it feels so good!

I will check in again tomorrow :)
 
I'm feeling great today, I just did my 4 miles!
I've worked out and behaved a whole week YAY! and I know I shouldnt weight myself everyday but today my weight was 171 lbs!
Cant wait to be below 170 again

Today is a big temptation day since it's friday and hubby always have a few drinks and I will only drink a little bit of wine which is good anyways in moderation.

I will try to keep track of my food so this is what I ate yesterday


Bfast: 2 Kashi waffles with fat free low carb syrup and cuban coffee

Lunch: Lean cuisine pasta with steamed brocoli and a banana

1 Vitamin Water

Dinner: Stir fry zuchini, yellow squash and carrots with a little olive oil and a lean small steak

plus lots of water and a 4 miles run so not bad
 
it's been a few days since my last post but I've been doing pretty good, yesterday was the only day that I ate things I souldnt have but I did do my 4 miles in the morning.
I worked out a whole 7 days! YAY!
Today I couldnt wake at 6:30 for my workout :( I guess I was too tired but I will catch up during the day.
I've lost a few inches and it eventhough it's not much I feel in my clothes

These are my measures at the begining of last week

Bust.........42
Waist.......35
Arms........13 1/2
Thighs......26
Hips.........43
Calf.........15

Saturday 10/12

Bust.........41
Waist.......34
Arms........13

Calf.........15

not much difference but at least they are going down...lol
 
I finally got to work out in the afternoon and almost did 4 miles

Here's what I ate

Bfast: 2 Kashi waffles with strawberries and low calorie syrup

Lunch: Salmon sandwish on 2 whole wheat slices of bread 1/2 a banana and salad (tomatoes, letuce, spinach, cucumber, carrots) YUM!

Dinner: Stir fry veggies in little olive oil (zuchini, yellow squash, carrots & mushrooms) with ground meat
 
ahhh I couldnt wake up today again, I'm buying a clock today! becuase my cell phone alarm is too low maybe or maybe I'm too tired...lol soo I want something louder to wake me up.
I weight 170.4 today, which means I'm very close to the first half of my 10 lbs mini goal by 11/2! YAY!

I finally did my 4 miles, I wont skip a day, that's for sure! hehe

Lunch: Lean cuisine chicken and pasta plus 1/2 a banana and stir fry veggies yum, love them
 
I'm back here again! I need to get down to 150 this time!
So I'm starting to walk/run tomorrow and will try to log in my food as well
