awww, thanks girls you're really sweet!! I will be super confident and I will be preparing all week, I'm glad it's Friday and not like "tomorrow right away" or something. A few days to prep is perfect!

Weigh in today was 168! WOOOHOOO! I finally dropped! And it was TWO POUNDS!! I knew it had something to do with switching my pills/starting my period...Because I started yesterday and dropped today.

So the stretch of being at my max weight is over :D

ah but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you ate it because of a celebration and not because of a habit of eating junk food. as long as you walk it off it will be all ok - its when what goes in is no longer coming out thats the time to worry :p xx

HELP HELP HELP!
What is wrong with me? I went out for coffee, and got cheesecake! I wasn't even hungry!! OMG!! it was HUGE!! (and really really good for those who want to know). BUT WHAT?!?!?!?!

Oh dear, I definitely need to go on a long walk tonight. I'm cleaning bathrooms and then wlaking...I swear because I haven't walked since I've been home. I need to get back on the ball!

My parents are going through some issues right now, and it's sort of put me in a crappy funk. Sometimes I wish grownups could act more like grownups...

Doesn't it stink when we grow up and our parents become people instea of just mommy and daddy? My mom always tells me things that are going on between them and it drives me bonkers. I listen because she needs someone to, but ....UGH....

I hope you can crawl out of your funk. I know how difficult that can be. Try focusing on all the great things that are happening for you right now. And *in a very stern, but friendly voice* GO WALK!! It will help you feel better.:p

I definitely need a walking pal though, it's not as fun walking alone. lol. I miss my roomie! I walked to the Tim Hortons (30 minutes) had a croissant and bottle of water and then walked back home! Very tired now. lol.

I missed another supply teaching call. I need to start being home for 11-11:30 since that's when she seems to call. Tomorrow I'll be prepared!

Job interview this morning : Went well - babbled a bit too much for one or two questions, but saw their eyes light up a few times when I mentioned some key words, lol.

Still 168! Which is good because I've been slacking in the healthy eating department lately...Going to snack on some snow peas for lunch :) Yum!

Water: Not doing great, must force myself to drink more!

Sunny day out! Hoping for a supply teacher call this afternoon, Schmoozed a bit with the lady who makes the calls for it while I was at the board...lol.

Ewwww...not a good food day, lol. The parents are still going at it which is driving me insane! I don't even live with them and they manage to make me crazy...But I feel like I can't ignore them either. I wish they could grow up and solve their own problems.

Anyway, I have two job interviews Monday (for crappy mall-type jobs) so that shoudl be interesting, not sure what I want to do for the summer, but definitely interested in an easy job. lol. I just don't want to have to work weekends, but we'll see.

Went for a 50 minute walk today :D

I liked what Sophie said about what you ate earlier was a celebration and not because of your habits. i think that is a very good point. :)

Ok, thats it. I'm picking up the pace on walking while I am out of school. No excuses!!

And I hope you get the job! That was pretty fast. You like graduated yesterday! haha.
 
Still holding strong at 168, which is okay. I'm hoping to go down soon though! I brought my moms bike over to see how I like bike riding, and I think I may have convinced my neighbor to be my walking buddy (She had a baby a year ago and is trying to get rid of the excess weight) so that should help a lot!

Had Thai food for dinner and had two smores last night (we had a small fire out in the backyard). Not good choices, but I went for a walk yesteday, and plan to bike today, so no guilt. :)

Yeah, you have to have little treat days like that where you are more relaxed on your discupline or you will get too discouraged(at least I am like that). Good job on the walking...drink more water!! :) As far as a walking buddy, I am in the same shoes. I need a workout buddy just to make it more interesting, but no one wants to work out with me. There are about three of my friends who are trying to loose weight, but they are too embarassed to exercise in front of anyone. EVEN ME! Crazy gals.

I hope you get that job if it is the one you really want. And good luck on catching more of the supply teacher calls.
 
Still 168 - good thing ;). Had swiss chalet for dinner last night...oh man I need to stop eating out! lol. The in-laws (or soon to be in-laws) were over so I didn't have much choice, but still. ...

I have a friend coming over for a bike ride tonight, should be fun...

Not finding as much time for the computer lately, lol. The sun is shining :D
I had two job interviews today, The part time job at the mall (just an ornament store) is mine if I want it, and then I applied at the petstore...it was a group interview (weird) and they played pictionary?? I didn't get it, lol, which probably means I didn't do very well. Debating taking th epart time so I can still supply for May/June and then hold onto the position in the fall when I'm supplying again. Just something to think about
Have to call the lady tomorrow...

Left over Pad Thai (noodles/chicken)

Dinner:
Egg salad on a whold wheat tortilla
Yogurt/fruit smoothie

Snack:
Popcorn

Not a bad food day, but not a very home-prepared food day which is what I need to start doing, I eat out WAY too much and it's hitting me hard - physically and bank account wise, lol.

Went for a 20 minute roller blade with the ex-roomie - good times. Hoping to go biking for a bit tomorrow.

Had some graham crackers for breaky with some canned peaches...and a BIG glass of water (10oz)

Might go for a bike ride this afternoon, but waiting to see if I get a supply call ...hoping to get one, I need cash! lol.

Hi Nic! I thought I'd check in and see how you were doing for a change, and add your thread to my subscribed ones so I can check in regularly.

Resisting the urge to dine out is tough. That's one of my big challenges as well. There's so much good food around, and I can't cook anything myself to save my life. My culinary prowess is limited to opening cans and pressing buttons on the microwave.

I've always wanted to learn how to rollerblade. That looks like a lot more fun than walking.
