Update: I lost exactly those 8 pounds upon my last weigh in!
My body fat reading was 14.7%. So, the plan is to maintain here, which should be interesting. I have been in maintence for a long time. For the past few years I've had cycles of mass building in the winter months and cutting for figure competitions in the summer months. There was never really a maintenece cycle. It's tempting right now to just eat whatever I want...but that's not going to make me feel good or be a good athlete. So, I'm going to aim for eating healthy but not scrutinize all my food.
Running is going really well. I'm taking a break from weights (9 days total), and I'll start up again on Thursday.
