I went grocery shopping & bought rasin bran, mini wheats, strawberries, red raspberries, bagged sliced apples, string cheese, yogurt, canned soup, water (for work). So that I have various choices. The strawberries I diced up & put in a container so I can just scoop some out & put on my cereal.
 
One small step accomplished. Just by drinking more water I could actually fit into my (snug) work pants without feeling like a big giant bloated cow.

At work we sell sandwhichs, it's in a diamond shape and they arent huge or anything, and they are on wheat bread. There's either turkey and provo (1 slice of provo, lots of turkey) or ham and yellow american (1 slice american, lots of ham). So I get one of those, grab a packet of honey mustard and of mayo. I knw mayo is "bad" but the sandwhichs are just so dry by themselves and we dont always have honey mustard. We also, now, sell little packs of sliced apples with a tiny thing of caramel dipping sauce. Its yummy, it curbs the "I want sweets" aspect.

Apparently I don't have summer covered. LOL.

I'm hoping to step up with this week, get some treadmilling in and eating right. I mean honestly, I havent been doing bad with not drinking soda, I've actually been doing really good with slip ups here and there, but nothing out of this world horrible.

It's those darn cakes, cookies, pies, and ice cream that are killer! I'm of the mentality now that if I want ice cream, I will get it while I'm out. I'm not keeping any in the house. Cause when we go out to eat, usually my bf and I are too full to get anything for dessert and if we do want ice cream or something on the odd nite out, we stop at Micky D's and get milk shakes. My Mom and I went out last week to friendly's (after the most horrific eye doctor appt I've ever had) and we ate and ate, and then ate dessert. ugggh, I'm never doing that again. I'll either skip some food so I can have dessert or I'll just skip dessert. It's entirely way too much.

So I weighed myself and the weight just keeps creeping up. It's so depressing, but I know I can change it, so now it's just irritating.

Early last year I was put on hypothyroid medications and that's when I lost the weight (of course with diet and exercise) but now my doctor says my thyroid is all of a sudden fine, and she says this by ignoring me. Yeh, she wont answer my question about my blood work. When my gyno checked it in '08 she said it was fine, later in '08 my normal doctor told me I had hypothyroidism, my gyno was surprised in '09 when I told her and when I got reblood tested at my normal doctor, welp you know, no answer. For months now. So I'm guessing it's "fine". Who knows. I dont know if they thyroid meds actually did anything or if I tricked my mind into believing so.

My eye doctor wants me to go to a 'diet specialist' that, is not going to happen. I'm not paying someone to tell me what I already know but just can't mentaly make myself do just yet. She can talk to me till she's blue, but if you arnt gonna do it, you arnt gonna do it. & I'm working into doing it. I figure I'll just lose a buncha weight, by MYSELF, and come back next year and be like "yeeeeh, I didnt go see any 'diet specialist'" who pays for those anyways??
