anyone? ............... more letters.............

I am doing less dance and zumba this week.

The reason is that my main salsa / zumba teacher has gone to the tomatina - which is the biggest food fight there is...

We're jealous...
In my opinion this is the best use you can get of tomatoes - better than any salad...

Rod has started hinting that he wants to go one year...

Unfortunately, I get no chance to go anywhere. I have no clue what's going on around here, or if there even are any festivals or anything. My one highlight of the year is usually going to a concert - three years ago it was Disturbed, the last two years it was Evanescence. This year in November I will see Pentatonix (in case you've never heard of them, which is likely, they are an absolutely amazing a-capella band), in a 550 seat theatre in Manchester. Sounds cozy, and I am really looking forward to it. And that's about the extent of my yearly 'outside of home/work/grocery shopping' entertainment.

San, since you're in the UK, you should try to go see the British Ukulele Orchestra. That's sort of on my bucket list! :D

Sure they tour here in the US, but the dates are very limited.

Life here in Ohio can be very dull some times. I've found these festivals are the best way to break up a boring streak.

I had no idea we had an Ukulele Orchestra - go figure!

Got to check if they ever come to my area - London is a six hour drive away from here.

Might make it my one thing for next year, if possible - but I'd wager a guess that the tickets for them are way beyond what I could dream to afford. :/
