I'm hoping some of you more knowledgable people on this message board can help me out. I'm looking for a good program to follow that will help me shed about another 25 lbs of fat, add muscle, etc. I've done well in the last year, really all I've done is go to the gym often, five to six times a week, and the big thing is I've never really kept the same routine, always switching it up. But, I think I've somewhat hit a wall, and I really want to reach another level. Any suggestions from anyone on good work out programs that have worked for you, or friends, would be great.
