suggestions?

while havin a well built muscular body wud b gr8, i unfortunatley don't have the natural build, strength or time to achieve this.
my main aim is to loose body fat and get more toned body which in theory shud be do-able.

but which way shud i go about doin this? i tried for 7 months doin a work out that woz 2/3's cardio and only 1/3 weight training.. after these 7 months there were NO changes to my stats.. i'v tried various diets and am now simply not eating bread, spuds, pasta etc just so i dnt gain more weight.. im by no means fat but i dnt wna put on weight to build into muscle (bcos i dnt hav the time) but i DO wna turn wot iv got into muscle..

any suggestions wud b very appreciated..
 
You might have to list more of the foods that you eat. Most of the time the food determines if you will loose weight or gain weight. Do you sweat alot during workout?
 
not really.. not unless im doin 30 mins cardio i sumtimes start to sweat in the last 10mins..

the squats sound good but it says about how much you hav to eat to go wiv the program..

is there nobody out there happy wiv the genral size of their body but just wants to tone up? rly struggelin to find a decent routine that'll actually work...
