Suggestion, a deadlift chart

Deadlifts are the most pointless exercises and you cant even buy adjustable dumbells that are long enough to put on a significant amount of weight.

1. Deadlifts work the most muscles in the body.
2. My powerblocks go to 90lbs/h currently and I can get a bigblock add-on to bring them to 130lbs/h. True, for bilateral work that wouln't be sufficient, which is why there is unilateral work.

Deadlifts are the 2nd best exercise you can do.

I used to own adjustable db's, they went to 125 each.

What does one have to do with the other?

Nothing, unless you're insane, in which case it a sign to shoot your neighbor's dog so it's barking doesn't interfere with training your dog for the figure show.
