Being as I have over 60lbs to lose I better start now. I'm sick of feeling so depressed about my weight. I'm so hoping to have lost it by the end of summer which is the end of February.
I'm going to use healthy eating and exercise which has worked in the past. I have a supportive partner who understands the whole weight issues.
I think my goal of 130lbs is realistic but I am not really sure as I have never been that low before. I'm starting on Tuesday when I have money to buy food
the joys of not having money.
I'm only 5'6 so my weight of just over 193lbs is quite a lot to be carrying around and as I have bad hips it's not good. I'm hoping to be lose about 9lbs a month but anywhere around that is good.
I want to lose weight to feel better about myself physically and emotionally and also for my health. I'm also wanting to lose weight so I can be a beautiful bride at my wedding but we haven't set a date yet.
My biggest problems are that I work at McDonalds and a bakery so there is always bad food around and it's so cheap and easy because I'm so tired at night. Buying healthy food and not take outs would make things so much easier.
