Stuborn friend

Okay, my friend insists his full body workout is perfect, I'm not sure wether it is personally, what do you think?

Bench Press 6 x 3
Peck Deck 6 x 3
Dumbbell Shrugs 12 x 3
Grips 10 x 3
Dumbbell Front Raises 4 x 3
Leg Extensions 8 x 3
Lateral Pull Down 10 x 3
Bent Over Rows 10 x 3
Dumbbell Curls 8 x 3
Triceps Pull Down 12 x 3
Crunches 15 x 3

He does everything in 3 sets.

Wasting his time?

not a waste of time, but hardly efficient either.
he's doing lots and lots of isolation exercises...leg extensions, curls, front raises.

he'd be far better off doing squats, pull ups, deadlifts, and the bench press. do those first, then toss in a few bicep curls, or a shoulder press, and some kind of rowing move to work the lower lats and rhomboids.

thats far from perfect. there is very little lower body work. tell him to ditch the leg extensions and do some deadlifts and squats

well then let him do it his way. no need to worry yourself over his shortcomings.

Yeh I guess, I just don't want him to waste his time.
