When i go to stretch out my legs it feels like something is about to break or pop. i feel it on my hips and my groin. is this normal or have i over did it or is something wrong. thanks
Looks good i like the leg over one for the lower back. I do a slightly different one but after just trying it i cracked my back, you know that good crack
You are going to get that feeling because some of the muscle you are stretching out are very small and you have a lot of pressure (your weight) on them.
