Strength Training Routine

I am looking to expand my exercise routine and just purchased a weight machine for home use. Unfortunately I am having troubles putting to gether a good upper body and lower body routine due to my inexperience with strength training using a machine. Does anyone out there have any good routines for upper/lower body for sculpting? the names of the exercises w/reps and sets would be great!

if you're new to weights, I suggest full body routines, at least for a few months.

but depending on the machine you got, some of these may be hard to do. i'm a huge fan of free weights because of range of movement, and the fact taht stabilizer muscles get worked too, where machines tend to isolate just the target muscle..which can leave weak areas, and that leads to injury.
