my new routine
would strength training make me more cut i have set up a few goals here and there. cuz i dont wanna be to big and dont wanna gain to much fat again i hate gaining fat. so there for if i train like i do all year round will i see the results i want to see. i know ive asked this question several times but i just wanna make sure im doing everything alright. well its only been two weeks into my new revised training program so i shouldnt lose motivation. heres what i do. i have seen better results by doing this routine BTW also i have better posture. i am making sure i eat by eating on a timer every 2-3 hours with the 6 meals a day i keep up with the water and stuff to
monday (bi's, back, abs, and forearms)
tuesday (tenchi kenpo class)
Wensday (tenchi kenpo class)
Thursday (Legs)
Friday (tris delts abs and chest)
Saturday (tenchi kenpo)
Sunday (OFF)
I do cardio before weight training so far I am able to do 8:44 without getting to tired. I try not to over do the cardio at the gym. I dont know my calorie count. I try to eat at least 6 meals a day (depending on how long im awake) I havent eaten anything bad in a while. I try to eat pretty clean. but my real question is do i really need to do the bulking and cutting phases im not intrested in looking to much like arnie at all. i wish to look like van damme or something cuz as soon as spring comes around ill be walking some more and doing some more cardio. i get enough cardio in tenchi kenpo class so i just do a slight warm up on the tread mill oh no should i just stick to what i'm doing im also tracking my progress and im not even finished with the second week of training. i stick mainly to compound exercises oh and manofkent i was doing what you told me sticking to 6-12 reps each exercises and i do 3 sets each. any comments or is what i am doing is fine. the abs i keep under 20 reps. the only supplements i take is whey protein, glutamine, and a multivitamin. or maybe should i just have patience. i know i hardly have patience at all.
