strength traing

my new routine

would strength training make me more cut i have set up a few goals here and there. cuz i dont wanna be to big and dont wanna gain to much fat again i hate gaining fat. so there for if i train like i do all year round will i see the results i want to see. i know ive asked this question several times but i just wanna make sure im doing everything alright. well its only been two weeks into my new revised training program so i shouldnt lose motivation. heres what i do. i have seen better results by doing this routine BTW also i have better posture. i am making sure i eat by eating on a timer every 2-3 hours with the 6 meals a day i keep up with the water and stuff to

monday (bi's, back, abs, and forearms)

tuesday (tenchi kenpo class)

Wensday (tenchi kenpo class)

Thursday (Legs)

Friday (tris delts abs and chest)

Saturday (tenchi kenpo)

Sunday (OFF)

I do cardio before weight training so far I am able to do 8:44 without getting to tired. I try not to over do the cardio at the gym. I dont know my calorie count. I try to eat at least 6 meals a day (depending on how long im awake) I havent eaten anything bad in a while. I try to eat pretty clean. but my real question is do i really need to do the bulking and cutting phases im not intrested in looking to much like arnie at all. i wish to look like van damme or something cuz as soon as spring comes around ill be walking some more and doing some more cardio. i get enough cardio in tenchi kenpo class so i just do a slight warm up on the tread mill oh no should i just stick to what i'm doing im also tracking my progress and im not even finished with the second week of training. i stick mainly to compound exercises oh and manofkent i was doing what you told me sticking to 6-12 reps each exercises and i do 3 sets each. any comments or is what i am doing is fine. the abs i keep under 20 reps. the only supplements i take is whey protein, glutamine, and a multivitamin. or maybe should i just have patience. i know i hardly have patience at all.

Its not like your gonna wake up one morning and go.
"holy Sh1t, I'm massive. How am I gonna get thru that doorway!!!"

It would take you years to get a great body with big muscles. So do your strength buliding program and when you get to the size you want, Just stop eating so much protien.

will sticking to strength training make me cut for martial arts oh and is doing cardio all year round bad for you

so i wouldnt have to worry about gaining to much fat or losing to much weight then would i? cuz by the gods i dont wanna look to skinny i can feel my abs and start to see them a little

Dude, your gonna change a little every week, You just change your diet to suit your body.

Do a 3split weights workout, with 20mins HIIT every day.

The only thing that will change your body is what you eat.

No its fine, I wouldn't be here if i didnt wanna help.

a high weight/low rep workout is the best way to build muscle.

HIIT is the best way to loose fat.

So you dont wanna change these workouts to suit your needs, cos they are already perfect.

So you gotta change your diet to suit your goals.
If your trying to add muscle then you should be eating lots of carbs and protiens
If you get too fat - cut down on the carbs
If your muscles get too big - cut down on the protien.

i actually dont have time during the day for HIIT so thats why i do a warm up at the gym my goal is 20 minutes so far im up to 8:44 and i set some lifting goals
