strength- endurance workout?

:)i read that for strength-endurance you should do a weight that you can do about 4-6 times for 10+ sets with 20-30 sec rest inbetween. my questions are is this true? and will i get more mass doing this because its a heavier weight? because my goals are to have good mass and have good strength that wont wear out quickly. thanks a lot! have a good night!:)

I can't find that dang Dead lift challenge thread,,, but did see this.

I have never hear of that theory on endurance. I think you should define what you mean by endurnace.

When you start talking endurance you must consider mental toughness. the muscle matters not if he brain can't tolerate depleting it.

Heres some Strength-Endurance for you:

Get 30 pound dumbbells. One in each hand. Squat a little bit below parallel with your back against a wall and hold it for as long as you can.

Another one: get a 15 pound dumbbell and hold a leg raise for as long as you can.

Also search "Isometrics".
