strength boost

There is not best way. Proven excercises, chinups/pullup, dips, bench, bent over rows, shoulder presses, deadlifts..
 
put newfs great exercise selections into a program made for stength gains. i'm about to do a 5X5 routine myself
 
for strength, low reps (4-6 per set) and heavy poundages. eat plenty of protein, with moderate carb intake, particularly the 24 hours prior to lifting, to ensure you have the energy stores needed for heavy lifting.
