I had a really bad brake many years ago on my right blow, got pints in it etc and the range of motion is slightly compromised. When im pulling right arm up it stops just after 90 degrees so like I cant touch my right shoulder with my right hand. Despite this ive been doing alot of strength training recently, its going pretty well and putting on a good bit of muscle, the only thing is because my right arms doesnt extend as much as the left going one way but more than the left going another it makes getting symetrical movements very tough! Doc + psyio are fine with me doing weights any suggestions though? Ive tried to accomodate for example when doing overhead shoulder press lowering one arm more than the other to try make em match....any help much appreciated
