Ok so this isn't easy to talk about - but it's really bothersome. Anyways I'm a guy who's nice and round - and I've been trying to run / jog. But it's been really hard to keep the jiggle down in the gut / chest area. It's embarrassing, and really keeps me from giving a full 100%... I don't have access to my gym because it's at my university, so joging / running is the only thing I can do to keep on loosing weight (down ~30lbs so far
