Hey sweetie just popped in to say Hello, Havent seen you in a while hope everything is going good for you!!!
 
Helloooo ladies..I havent forgotten ya..just havent had much computer time lately! I hope everyone is great & is ready to keep themselves under control during the eating binge to come LOL...yikes! Im going to a 7am spin class that morning just so at least I know Ive burned some butter first.
 
wow 700 is a lot to burn each day! what kind of cardio are you doing? (assuming thats how your burning it) looks like your SO back on track, wtg!
 
Wow Sweetie you are an excercising machine. Impressive sweetie. Looks like I need some of your motivation to rub off. U only burn around 500 each day doing cardio. You are doing Awesome!
 
Hey ladies..Im back..trying to get back on this & remember to post..just so busy this time of year... still going to the gym 5 days a week..taking spin x2 days a week & going to meet w/ a trainer soon to hone some of my resistance/weight training. Things are going great & my body is really changing but Im not seeing a change in the scale & very frustrated..trying to go more protein & see if that helps
 
Dont worry Sweetie that scale will start moving soon you will see, how could it not you are doing amazing. Im so impressed with your excercise. Way to go!!!

sounds like you are doing great... gym 5 times a week!? AWESOME! Just keep at it.... slow and steady wins the race hun!
 
Why cant I get time to get on here! Im still working out just as hard..Ive changed it up a bit & started doing 3 days a week 30 min cardio (maximum effort) and 30 min resistance & weights ...then the other 2 days a week Im doin spin 45 min on those days and see how that goes

If you cant find time to get on the forum because your kicking ass in exercising...well I think thats a great excuse for not posting!!!:D
Also..if the scale hasnt moved much....what about your clothes?..Are they fitting better/looser???
 
You know my clothes look loose..I keep getting compliments from everyone that that body is changing dramatically. I am scheduling a personal training hr just to go over what im doing & see what i can do different..Im also going to try to really crack down on any calories sliding by that im not keeping track of. I weighed myself this morning & Im only down 1 lb in 2 weeks! Yikes that just ticks me off. Im doing spin for 1 hr twice a week & on the other days doing 45 min of cardio & 30 min of resistance training & weights... what is up w/ that? All I can think of is im putting on muscle big time so thats whats showing on the scale. Im just a little frustrated w/ the number thats all
 
it's the muscle hun! Gotta be! I mean look at all that you are doing! And the clothes... listen to the clothes! And the people! LOL
I think this is when measurements would do yo good instead of the scale sometimes.
KEEP IT UP!!! YOu are doing AWESOME!
