B: 1 2 egg omelet w/ 1 oz ham & 1 oz of cheddar, 1 spice muffin w/ coffee

L: 1 whole wheat sandwich w/ RB & 1 slice of provolone & veggies w/ 1/2 cup of onion soup

D: 1.5 cups of homeade bean & chic soup

Water 90 oz
Green tea 2 cups

Exercise: 2 hrs dancing tonight...cant wait!

Yeah.. WW..I know..Ive been slackin. I actually decided to join a gym...My elliptical at home is having issues... We have to have it fixed...my schedule makes it hard & w/ the weather being crapy & so dark Im just not able to fit in my workouts like I should...soooo.I have an appt to go set up membership so I can workout from like 5:30am to 6:30 am 5 days a week...and see how that goes.
I hate to spend the money..but I hate being fat more!

B: 2 Go Lean waffles w/ 2 tbsp syrup
soy lattee

L: Grilled veggie sandwich on a fococcia bread, 1 cup of a caesar salad
1 oz of bittersweet choc

D: homeade lowfat Corn Chowder w/ skim milk, also added turkey to it... yummy good
May have a salad or some veggies on the side also
2 cups of green tea

Water 90 oz
Exercise..not sure..my elliptical sheared a bolt...so Im probably doing a tape today
 
:eek: slacking? i hope you didnt gain too much back cuz i notice your ticker is gone. now your all making me want to join a gym. i'm just afraid it will end up getting wasted tho. :(

maybe i'll start out at a really small one for like 3 months and see how it goes, what do ya think?
 
Hey ladies... Yeah I am joining..I have an appt to sign up on Monday am at 8...so I am psyched. I plan to start just going like 5 days a week from like 6am to 7am...and go from there. I am hoping that once I feel strong enough maybe ill take a spinning class?...dont know.
NO WW...I havent gained..pretty much stayed the same..got rid of the ticker just cuz it seemed like too much on my post.
I also think i get too hung up on the long term things so maybe if i just keep pluggin on and not looking at the numbers ill do better.
I started the evil TOM 1 week early...hooray for me! Uggh

Food for today

B: whole grain crepe w/ sauteed apples & cinn 1 tsp brown sugar
coffee

L: whole wheat pasta w/ mixed veggies -my own pasta primavera w/ a pat of butter & herbs.

S: choc chip granola & a cup of tea green tea that is...

D: 1.5 cups of home made lofat turkey/corn chowder.

Exercise: 40 min fat burning tape

Water 90 oz
2 cups of green tea
 
OK..Im a member of a club now..So Im planning on getting there by 5:30 or 5:45 am the latest tomorrow am...cant wait..Im just going to do the elliptical for now...adding some strength training next week.

Food for today

soy lattee

L: 1/2 chic breast baked, broccoli & a baked potato w/ margarine

S: 1 yogurt regular

D: 3 oz pork loin, roasted apples & leeks, salad
1 cup of soy milk ... small piece of choc cake

2 cups of green tea

First morning at the gym & i feel great about it. I know probably half of the members and they are all cool people so I felt very welcomed... I got in 45 min on the elliptical & 15 on the recumbant bike...so i feel great about that. I got to check out the bikes in a spin class..might take one later on ...

So far so good

I am sooo happy to hear you joined a gym!!!! I know you have been wanting to go back to one for a while now!!!!...And its nice you already know so many people there!!!!!!...If you put your ticker back up..why dont you just do 5 lb goals a time???
So that its not so overwhelming???.....

I had a pretty good food day yesterday

So yesterdays food

B: oatmeal w/ raisens & 1 tsb brown sugar, coffee
1 slice of whole wheat bread

L: leftover pork loin w/ veggies
1 cup of soy milk

D: 1/2 chic breast sauteed w/ veggies, 1 cup of rice
4 oreos w/ a cup of green tea

Exercise: 1 hr elliptical, 15 min stretching
Water 90 oz
Green tea 2 cups

Today

B: oatmeal w/ raisens & brown sugar
coffee 2 cups

S: 1 pear & 1 oz of cheddar
1 cup of soy milk

Not sure about the rest

Exercise: already did 1 hr Cardio/fat burning at gym... 10 min stretching...Already very sore..so i know im doing something better & different!

Water so far 40 oz...will do 90 to 100
Green tea will be 2 cups & 2 cups of soy milk

Exercise: 1 hr of cardio, 1/2 hr strength training, 1/2 hr walk also
Water 90 oz
2 cups of green tea

Today
B: oatmeal w/ raisens & bsugar, coffee 1/2 a bagel

L: 1.5 cups of homeade low fat beef stew, 1 slice of bread

S: 1 pear w/ 1 oz of cheese, 1 oz of turkey breast
2 cups of green tea

D: steamed veggies & tofu & ginger sauce
soy milk

Water 90 oz
green tea 2 cups

Exercise: 1 hr cardio at gym this am
 
OK..yesterday was a wild ride...got my flu shot & had some side effects..of course they said i wouldnt...yeah ok!
yesterdays food

B: 1 pkg cream of wheat 1 tsp bsugar
coffee w/ half & half, 1 splenda, 1 pear

L: grilled chic sandwich on bulkie, 1 slice of cheese, lite mayo 1 tsp, veggies on side, choc milk

S: 1 pumpkin cookie w/ 1 cup of soy milk

D: 1.5 slices of homeade chc pot pie

2 cups of green tea
water 90 oz
Exercise: 1 hr cardio at gym

Today
B: 1/2 bagel w/ margarine, coffee w/ nonfat creamer

S: apple small

L: 1 slice of pot pie homeade, 1 slice of homeade lofat apple bread, 1 cup of soy milk

S: apple & slice of cheese, 5 saltines

D: homeade minestrone soup w/ 1/4 cup parm cheese 1.5 cups of soup


WAter 80 oz
2 cups of green tea

45 min cardio at gym this am

Good morning figured I would pop my head in and say Hello. Your food looks so yummy by the way. Good job looks like your doing Excellent. What is a bulkie if you dont mind me asking? Hope your feeling better from the flu shot I always get the flu when I get one, weird. Hope you have a wonderful Day Kat!!!!
 
Thanks Julie & Christina! I am back on track & staying off the scale for now..Im givin myself 1 month doing the gym 5 days a week before I truly take a weight & a measurement. A bulkie is just a roll...kinda like a keiser or a puffy kind of white sandwich roll...puffy roll should the be name of it LOL

Ok today was another good day

B: 2 eggs over hard, 1 slice of roast beef, 1 slice of american cheese
coffee w/ sugar free creamer, 1 slice of my apple bread w/ 1/4 of a pat of butter

L: roasted veggie salad w/ 4 slices of eggplant breaded lightly w/ feta cheese & light italian dressing & lots & lots of spinach :-D
1 small slice of garlic bread
after lunch had a small soy lattee w/out sugar & 1 small truffle choc :-D

D: leftover night...probably my minestrone soup again
1.5 cups w/ parm on it of course!

2 cups of the green tea aka "pee your brains out tea"
Water 90 oz

Exercise: really good day at the gym...did 40 min on elliptical & 15 on the nordic walker/hiker machine from hell!!...then 30 min of weights & strength training, mostly of abs & back, some arms
total 1.5 hrs

Also started w/ my art class I volunteer for my son's school & teach 13 elementary school kids...I sweat as much running from kid to kid as I do on that ellipitical :-D
