B: 1pkg oatmeal w/ 1 tsp bsugar, 1/2 cup chopped pears, coffee w/ creamer, 1 slice w/ 1 tsp PB

S: 1 small apple

L: green salad w/ 2 oz chic sliced w/ lite italian dressing

D: 1 cup brown rice w/ steamed veggies, 1 tbsp parm cheese, 3 oz steak
dessert: 1/2 cup of lite pudding cake

2 Cups green tea
96 oz water

Exercise: 45 min of cardio at the gym
 
B: soy protein shake 10 oz

later in am: oatmeal pkg, chopped apples 1/2 cup, 1 slice of wheat bread
coffee w/ creamer

L: steamed veggies w/ egg white omelet
2 tbsp parm cheese

not sure the rest yet

Exercise: 75 min cardio- 50 on Elliptical, 20 on nordic walker/hiker machine, 30 min strength training machine/ weights

Water will be 96 oz
green tea 2 cups
 
Looking at your food and Excercise and you are doing amazing. You have a great variety to your menu and your excercise is outstanding. Your doing awesome. Keep up the great work and you'll be at your goal in no time.
 
I read that you are doing an art class at your sons school?......How fun!!!...What a great mom you are!!!!....And I think it is a good idea to only weigh once a month.....although I know how hard it is to resist!!!!

Thanks ladies...gosh I hope this new plan of action works... I need to see that scale drop a bit.

afternoon snack: 1.5 servings of cheesits lofat, 1 apple sliced

Dinner: Chinese chic fried rice, 1 chic wing, 1 crag rangoon, 1 veggie egg roll, 1 cup of chic w/ steamed veggies in garlic sauce.

Green tea today 4 cups

water 100 oz

I also went for a walk w/ the kiddos..just a leisurely walk in the woods..but it was about 1/2 hr.

Im going away for the weekend w/ my mother so I wont be back on here until sunday night or monday...thanks so much for the support ladies!
 
Ok...Im back.. Worked out an hr yesterday & had a pretty good food intake but forgot to log on here...still did my fit day however. My mom & I had so much fun & we ate pretty much anything we wanted but not alot of anything & walked alot...so I dont feel so bad.
Todays food

B: 1 pkg of oatmeal w/ raisens & 1/2 an apple chopped
coffee lattee
1/2 a scone w/ cranberries & orange

Not sure about my food today... gonna go out so most likely it will be a salad or a sandwich w/ soup

Exercise so far
1 hr of cardio (40 min on the elliptical & 20 min on the arc trainer)
also 30 min of weights & strength training -

Going to go for a walk today also..its too lovely out to stay inside
 
Lunch today: wheat tuna sandwich, lite mayo, dill pickles, chips (handful)
1 baked apple w/ frozen yogurt 1/4 cup

Dinner: homeade lite chic marsala on wheat pasta (1 cup), caprese salad ( spinach w/ garlic, tomatoes, 1 oz mozzarella, drizzled w/ olive oil
red wine 1 glass

Green tea decaf 2 cup

Water 96 oz
 
Its great that you eat so much oatmeal-oatmeal is really good for your stomach and for digestion. I wish I liked it better.
 
I add dried fruit or brown sugar or both... I love it
It holds me all day

Todays food

B: oatmeal pkg w/ handful of raisins & 3 chopped apricots, 1 toasted english muffin, 1 tbsp peanut butter.
coffee w/ sugar free coffee mate creamer

L: side salad w/ leftover 1 cup of marsala chic

S: 1 cup of soy milk w/ sliced apple & 2 graham crackers

D: not sure yet

water will be 96 oz
2 cups of green tea

Exercise: 1.25 hrs cardio... arc trainer, elliptical & recumbant bike

Today was a tough day as I was very tired & didnt get up to work out..needed a day off & my thighs were very sore.

Food for today
Oatmeal w/ raisins & 2 apricots chopped, 1 whole wheat english muffin
soy lattee

L: beans & rice w/ tomatoes & 1/2 c gr turkey

D: 4 pieces of sashimi (2 shrimp 2 salmon) 1 cup of lomein veggie, 5 small pieces of general gaos chic

1 cup of popcorn & 1.5 oz of choc & 10 almonds

2 cups green tea
75 oz water

no exercise except a brief 30 min stroll

A 30 minute stroll is better tha nuthin!!!..Plus you need to let your muscles rest so that they can heal themselves.
Your food intake has made me hungry tonight. But its after 8 so I cant eat :( ........So breakfast needs to hurry on up!!!..lol
 
Friday was a much better day..I worked out 1 hr in the gym & then went and helped an elderly friend of mine winterize his garden, mulch it & do some yard clean up...
Food was pretty good too..but i forgot to log it..
This is the best i remember from yesterday

B: oatmeal w/ raisins 1 tsp brown sugar
1 toasted whole wheat english & coffee

L: toasted rueben w/ about 4 potato chips... threw the rest out.

D: beans & rice w/ veggies..about 1.5 cups, 1 slice of cheese melted on it

dessert: 1 oz of dark choc w/ my green tea

water 96 oz
green tea...fell asleep drinking it..so probably only a cup today

Exercise was 1 hr of cardio at the gym & about 30 min of gardening & yard cleanup while chasing a toddler around :-D

Today

B: egg beater omelet w/ red peppers, 1 oz of mozz ch & 2 slices of thin ham
1 whole wheat english

S: still hungry..had another toasted english & an apple

L: 1/2 a fast food cheeseburger (kids size) 1 cup of mixed veggies & rice w/ 1 oz of cheese melted 1 cup of soy milk

not sure about the rest of the day

Exercise: did a hike w/ the kids..had to carry the little one (25lbs) for quite a bit of the uphills...but we had a lot of fun & the weather is gorgeous. Probably will do some more walking today but nothing major
 
I keep forgetting to log on here... I have been doing my fitday log but now I keep forgetting this...
Ive been working out like a crazy person & Ive cut my cal to 1500 a day...burning about 700 a day... so hopefully pretty soon ill see a big difference.!
 
I hope so... Well, Its not too hard stickin to 1500 cal as much as I thought...I just have to figure out ways to up my protein instead of fats & carbs...thats a little tricky. Iworked out hard today & I feel a cold comin on..so im determined to kick its butt hard...Im makin homeade chic soup now & Im drinking lots of fluids...so i should be fine as I have a spin class at 5:45am tomorrow. I did 1 hr cardio today...w/ 30 min on the recumbant bike & 30 on the arc trainer.
Food so far
B: 1 whole wheat english w/ PB 1 tbsp, 1 pkg of weight control oatmeal
coffee w/ creamer

L: chic soup w/ 1 slice of focaccia bread

S: probably celery w/ cream cheese or pb

D: not sure...either soup again or veggies & rice

water will be 120 oz
green tea 2 cups
soy will be at least 1 serving
