Stomach

Ah ! I need help, I want to loose the love handles, and have my stomach toned down. Any excerices or specific things I need to do to help me achieve my goal?
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again.


You want a ripped stomach? Run and do crunches. Don't drink soda, eat ice cream, or chips. Don't eat right before bed. Take the stairs, not the elevator.

People know exactly what they need to do to lose weight/gain abs, they just need a push in the right direction. Push yourself.
