180lbs to 160lbs, I'm 5'7. I've been doing a fair bit of weight training, so I'm assuming my weight loss is temepered by muscle gains.
I want to hit 145lbs by July 20, not sure if that's realistic.
You can see my back fat fold slowly disappearing!
Weight loss has been primarily due to working out, my diet is terrible!
