Hi, I am new to this forum and have a question about a certain exercise that we did in karate. My instructor had us do leg lifts and then he walked on our stomachs. He did this pretty quickly, so it didn't hurt.
I am wondering from a trainer's perspective, have you ever heard of this or done this to any of your clients? It seemed like a rare exercise, so just wondering.
