Classic yo-yo dieter. Mom of 2. Battled with Bulimia for 10 years. Current Binge eater.

So here I am - on Atkins. I've never had more energy, felt better, more coherent, less depressed and I have no cravings. This is a breakthrough.

I'll be logging my food daily.
 
B: 2 eggs, scrambled in real butter, 1/2 red pepper, sprinkle sea salt
coffee w/ heavy cream, 1/4 tsp splenda
L: 1 fillet pollack cooked in lemon juice, dill weed & sea salt, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 yellow pepper, 2 glasses water
S: lasagna melt (hamburger, marble cheese, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green pepper)

Went for a 30 minute walk with daughter this morning. The weather was gorgeous - +12. Looks like Spring has finally sprung.

L: shrimp salad (1/2 cucumber, red onion, 1/2 red pepper, ranch dressing, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 6 mushrooms)
S: something chicken-eee.

So chicken didn't happen for supper. I ate 2 pickles, 1/2 orange pepper, 2 pieces havarti dill cheese & some cervelat salami.

Exercise didn't happen today either. My little girl is sick and has been stuck to my side all day.
