I noticed while I was at my cottage that my left arm is STILL lagging behind, 2 people told me my right arm is much bigger than my left, so I took a look myself, and noticed a big difference.
I am right handed, but I try and do as much lifting with my left arm as possible, so it can catch up.
I don't over train it, I might do a few more reps for it, or something small for it to catch up, but it just wont!
Any tips? I feel like the difference between the 2 is getting bigger, rather than smaller.....
