i remember feeling that way too! hahahah i couldnt wait till the next workout! FREAKIN FUN!

and noob gains refer to the relatively huge improvement in CNS development, antagonistic muscle coordination, strength gains, ability to recruit a higher threshold of motor units quicker, size gains if calories allow...ect when a trainee first picks up weight training for the first several weeks.
 
can you try explianing it in a simpler form becouse I barly understude what you sad(lol)
