Stickin' to it

Wow Tasha. Glad you were able to save your finger. Thats scary. My dad tore his bicep last year just lifting something ordinary (slightly heavy) at work. It turned into an ordeal and a half, so I'm glad that your finger is getting better.

I don't start school until August, then it is on... So I kind of have the summer to enjoy myself and mentally prepare, and work. I almost took a Psych class I still need but talked myself out of it. I'm working a ton during the month of June and July and don't think I could make it all happen in a schedule I could handle...

Going up to the NE sounds so fun. I would love to go visit there someday. I've always wanted visit the New England area in the fall, I've heard from several people that it is so beautiful... one day :)

Good luck with the gym. I'm right there with ya. I have one more training session left with the PT, then I am on my own :0 He had me put some before and after pics together for him because he is trying to get the position of Master Trainer at our gym... Anyways, I posted some of myself in the Before/After section, just an fyi. I'm pretty proud of them but I still have got work to do.

Have a great night,
Sam

been working out a lot. Weights Sat/Mon/Wed/Fri and Cardio Sun/Tues/Thurs

Sat we leave for Rhode Island, so I may not be doing any exercise that day depending on what time we get there etc.

Been really busy this summer so far with classes and such. These teachers expect a lot with this summer online classes, so I haven't been able to come by as much.

I miss you all and hope you are doing well!!! !

Your avi looks great and you are doing amazing! Did you ever post before and after pics? I can't remember. I've been having the strange sensation of my changing body image. I am proud of how much I've lost and how much better I look, but am still shocked that I weighed THAT much. How are you finding the adjustment?

Have fun this weekend. You deserve a break!

Have fun in Rhode Island. Looks like you've been pretty busy, esp.
with the gym routines. Way to go! I need to be on that track too.
When you feel comfortable, I'm with Lusc, I would love to see some
before and afters too :) Completely up to you though ;)

Take Care,
Sam

Hey everyone. Been a long time. I started summer classes online at the end of May and was in and out of town for various reasons, so I have been MIA since well beginning of June.

I just finished up my classes on Friday and hope to be around on a regular basis. Between my class work being overwhelming and my hubby getting stuck with a bunch of crazy work hours, it's been hard on my eating and exercising plan. Additionally, we are trying for a baby, so I haven't been working out as much. But I'm getting back into it. I feel so much better when I'm working out. My weight has gone up a little, but not much and I can't wait to see it go much lower than my lowest of 151 from earlier this summer.

Hope to see you all around more now that I'm finished with my bachelors degree, but I also have a lot of things to do with the house and outside that I've been putting off as well, so we'll see how much time I actually get.

:sifone:

Btw, I've been having some problems with my right shoulder and my hip flexors still. The shoulder started when I was in Rhode Island and using their YMCA to do my routine and it hasn't gotten any better. It feels like I'm pulling it out of socket or something.

I've been doing some assisted pull ups, dips, pushups and things around the house the last few weeks since I couldn't get to the gym and also did some running/walking.
