been running each day this week so far except monday which was the travel day. been putting in about 2 miles each day, did 2.5 today at an 8:30 pace which was nice (that's based on my GPS on my phone which is usually spot-on in NY but doesn't seem to be so close here in FL) At one point it was telling me I was running at 7:30/mi. Who knows.

Hitting the gym here at this resort tomorrow. Doing lotsa walking and standing here....been starving most days as meal times approach....must be burning lotsa calories. w00t!
