An intro of sorts first. I'm a 29 yo mom of one beautiful toddler. One of the "lucky" women that didn't gain any extra poundage during the pregnancy, but as all women, I still gained the baby fat. My tummy's all flabby as well as the rest of me. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for the past 4 months but not seeing much improvement if any at all.
So, now its time to step up my game and start seeing some serious improvement.
