Stepping Up My Game

An intro of sorts first. I'm a 29 yo mom of one beautiful toddler. One of the "lucky" women that didn't gain any extra poundage during the pregnancy, but as all women, I still gained the baby fat. My tummy's all flabby as well as the rest of me. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for the past 4 months but not seeing much improvement if any at all.
So, now its time to step up my game and start seeing some serious improvement.
 
Ran two and a half miles today.

B: 2% cottage cheese
S1: peanut butter granola bar and lowfat strawberry yogurt
L: tuna sandwich on bagel bread, 1 serving wheat thins, two granola bars with peanut butter
S2: tortilla chips and salsa

Wednesday: 2.5 miles mostly running, about 1/4 mile walking.
Thursday: 10 min elliptical, and fullbody weight routine
Friday: 2.8 miles mostly running, with severe calf pain, about 1/4 walking.
