Funny how that works, the truth is any diet will work so long as you burn more calories than you eat. Some are certainly healthier than others, but calories are what counts.
You don't have to fall back on your old habits, just keep working on things and posting here, it will really help. Certainly helps me.

I dont think i would have survived so far if i wasn't here. I have a lot of determination and willpower but that only gets you so far.
I feel like my diary is more the emotional and mental side of this whole thing, as opposed to those who post dietary things. I have the calorie tracking, daily exercise, etc on point and havent slipped. But controlling the emotional and mental wellness is where i need the most help.
I am always so appreciative of you guys who stop in and offer advice and support.
