I, at the moment weigh 238 pounds, which is depressing , over the last year was 182 punds, have gain about 56pounds. from basically being lazy. i would like to get down to 154lb ideally, i know that, that will not happen overnight. so i am going to set myself the target of 20- 25lbs by august, then take it from there.

well i recently brought the wii fit plus, i like doing the yoga, jogging, etc. so hopefully it will help.

so any advice or support is appreciated
