AWas just catching up on your diary...you are so consistent!! It's very very impressive and inspiring!!! How long did it take you to get to this weight/point? It seems for me at least every 6 to 10 pounds I plateau.

Keep up the great work!!! Kudos on the push ups...that's a stellar number!! :)

Taking my PT test this weekend.. eeeee! I'm nervous. The scale needs to be at 156.4 or less on Saturday after the test for me to pass.

I was getting tired and angry in the afternoon and i seriously picked at one of those giant bear claw donuts in the snack area until I had eaten a regular-sized bearclaw. Oh the shame. Don't know how many cals is in that... it was delicious though. It says 450 online, I will go with that.

Dinner -
1 slice pizza w/ sausage and black olives, grilled chicken in a salad with oil and vinegar, no cheese or anything like that. Gave some of the chicken to the dog, all the dressing fell to the bottom of the container and I didn't eat it. Guessing 600.

Cleaned our new apartment for about three hours. Wasn't intense cleaning but there was some bending and mopping. I'm trying to take it easy for Saturday and it's making me crazy. I WANT TO WORK OUT SUPER HARD. aaahhh.

AI got down to 152 about two months ago and I have ballooned back up to about 165. I need to lose 10lb in the next month (crazy, I know) to make weight for the Army PT test. Do-able, but I need to start keeping track of my intake again because I'm losing control of my portions and of the types of food I've been eating. Too much processed stuff and not enough vegetables and water.

It's the alcohol that kills me!!! So many cals.. ugh. And those stupid pretzle crisps. Blah!!

Plans changed for dinner so I'm not longer going to eat at their house. I had 6 pieces of sushi w/ only vegetables, 1 vegetable and avocado tapioca wrap, and some squid salad for lunch. It was very light and I feel really good about it. I am also almost finished drinking my 1.1 liter bottle of water.

I might not workout today. I only got four hours of sleep last night and I'm really not feeling well. I HATE it when I do that to myself. I love to sleep and I love feeling rejuvenated and well-rested. I think I will go home, take a shower, and go straight to bed around 6pm. It might be lame but I just feel like I need to SLEEP. And I don't want to get sick or something because we have AT coming up. If I wake up around 10pm or something, I might just take my dog for a walk or something.

It has been so hot here lately that my workouts have been suffering. I just get so tired and lethargic... I think a good solution would be to decrease my intensity and increase the time I spend working out, so that I don't get so burned-out feeling and fatigued.

I also need to be better about getting enough sleep (aka I got 4 hours last night and I'm dying today) and drinking water. I have a lot to work on in the next month! Ah! It's ok, I have done it before, I can do it again.
