I have been doing about and hour of stationary cycling 4 times a week, and have been hearing that it is a good exercising maching for the lower body, but for loosing weight will it burn fat everywhere?
Depending on how hard you go during that hour, you can lose up to 600 calories / hour.
Is that based on the 1 hour of cardio exercise per day? Because I only do 30 minutes per day of stationary bike riding, at an average of 23-25km/hr.
Will I achieve the same results, or be able to remove the layer of fat off my mid-section? Thanks. Btw, I'm only 16 years old, if age is a issue.
It's true that cycling on a bike will tone your legs, it is also true that cardio activity on any machine will help you lose fat all over your body.have been hearing that it is a good exercising maching for the lower body, but for loosing weight will it burn fat everywhere?
