Starting Up is the Hardest Step

I've lacked motivation to lose weight for a while, but just recently (about a week ago), I decided to begin the process! :) I've been cutting back on my eating, especially those sweets and refined sugars that I used to binge on practically every day. I've also been attempting to get back into running. The progress is slow and steady, but I have lost two pounds already, and this small victory is encouraging me to continue. Good luck everyone :) Stay motivated!!

Congrats on your fresh start and welcome aboard! Getting started truly is the hardest part! I re-started in August and initially struggled getting back on track but I am currently down 37 lbs from that point so stick with it and only good things will happen to you!
