Starting Today...

Starting today i am going to try and lose 60 pounds by the end of the summer (if possible), or at least lose 60 pounds in time

I am eating healthier, eating less, and excersizing every day
Here it goes!!!
also, its easier if i have somebody to talk to, like to help me keep on track. If anyone would care to help that would be great!

well day two, and i gained a pound...
but I'm not worried because your body fluctuates about 2 pounds every day
and i was dumb and didnt weigh BEFORE breakfast
lol go me
well i had South Beach Diet cereal for breakfast (the vanilla almond crunch)
and it is actually very satisfying. just add a packet of Splenda and fat free milk and it is perfecto!
and I havent technically had lunch, but ive had small snacks periodically to help naturally speed up my metabolism. I had a light cherry yogurt, and granola bar, and i am enjoying a boiled egg at the moment!!
And thankyou for being here to talk to you guys =] it really does help alot!

Ye, my way of dealing with those regul;ar weight fluctuations is to just weigh once a week, same time, same place, same outfit. Works for me, otherwise I'd start obsessing!
 
ill be your weight loss buddy if you want :cheers2: we have almost the same goal for loss. but realistically you probably wont be able to loose 60 lbs in 2 months, i need to loose 73 lbs and if you loose more than about 3 a week it probably will come back, but if you loose 3 a week it will only take you about 5 months to loose it and it will stay off, im shooting for 6 months so i can be fit for the new year =) feel free to talk to me or add me on msn
 
Okay! well sorry it has been so long. my parents are going through a divorce and our internet was turned off. and i gained 3 pounds. which isnt that much of a big deal, but its still not good. but i talked to my doctor, and i am cutting down on soda and walking more a day. so... there we go!
 
Sorry to hear about your parents... that's a pretty stressful thing to go through. Good job on cutting out the soda, though. That will knock out a bunch of sugar and sodium.
