Hi im just looking to get some advice on starting to weight train again. Its been around 4 years since last time I was working out. I work with computers and that means im sitting down all the time. Ive become out of shape and want to get myself back in gear. Im not exactly unathletic though, ive played sports all my life but i have been off for quite some time. Ive looked around the internet and didnt find a definitive answer. Basically im just looking for some advice for starting out so i dont kill myself and over do it. Im 6'2" and around 230-240lbs. Id basically like to cut a lot of my fat and shape up a bit. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
