I posted a post before about my current weight and how i would like to loose 10 -15lbs ! After alot of research I have decided to start the 1000-1200 calorie diet! after reading reviews alot of people claim the weight stays off and i am sick of all the fad diets i do!!
So here goes people wish me luck
my target is to loose 10-15lbs through healthy eating and exercise ! i aim to burn a minimum of 250 calories each day. As each day pass's i will hopefulli start burning more calories

First day =]
Current weight - 9stone 8lbs - feeling bloated and huge ! I have had breakfast and lunch and so far have aten a total of 600 calories which i perosnally think might be alright.. =]
