Starting the diet

Hey everyone :waving:

I posted a post before about my current weight and how i would like to loose 10 -15lbs ! After alot of research I have decided to start the 1000-1200 calorie diet! after reading reviews alot of people claim the weight stays off and i am sick of all the fad diets i do!! :ack2:

So here goes people wish me luck :hurray: my target is to loose 10-15lbs through healthy eating and exercise ! i aim to burn a minimum of 250 calories each day. As each day pass's i will hopefulli start burning more calories

First day =]

Current weight - 9stone 8lbs - feeling bloated and huge ! I have had breakfast and lunch and so far have aten a total of 600 calories which i perosnally think might be alright.. =]

Just thought I'd drop in on your diary and wish you luck! Can I ask, are you doing any exercise along with the new diet?
 
hey, yeah

I have a twist stepper ( and latral thigh trainer) i aim to burn 200 calories a day and then increase the carido slowly eventually to 500-600 calories a day.

As for today i cheated on my diet and its only the first day i ate some jelly babies and jelly beans lol

Total calorie intake today including dinner - 1100 cals =]
